Receptorski tip C-pridruženog proteina tirozin-fosfataze je enzim koji je kod ljudi kodiran genom PTPRCAP.[5]

Protein kodiran ovim genom identificiran je kao transmembranski fosfoprotein specifično povezan s tirozin-fosfatazom PTPRC/CD45, ključnim regulatorom aktivacije T– i B-limfocita. Za stabilnu ekspresiju ovog proteina može biti potrebna interakcija s PTPRC.[5]
