Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) je internacionalni standard za digitalne telekomunikacione mreže.

Osnovni pristup predstavlja BRA - Basic Rate Access koji se sastoji od 2B+D kanala 2*64 kbps za podatke + 16 kbps za signalizaciju (144 kbps). Zakupom jedne ISDN veze dobiju se 3 telefonska broja. No, također je moguće dokupiti još čak 5 brojeva, ali je moguće ostvariti samo 2 istovremena razgovora. Ovisno o potrebi, prijenos podataka se može odvijati brzinom od 64 kbps (1 kanal) ili 128 kbps (2 kanala). Primarni pristup (PRA - Primary Rate Access), E1 ili B-ISDN (Broadband ISDN) = 30B+D kanala = 30*64 kbps za podatke + 16kbps za signalizaciju ( 2 Mbps). Moguće je grupiranje kanala u cilju ostvarenja bržeg pristupa Internetu npr. 384 kbps. Potrebno je dovesti jedan PCM sistem izravno do kućne centrale ili rutera (usmjernik) lokalne računarske mreže. Ovaj pristup je prihvatljiv hotelima i većim poduzećima, organizacijama.
