Funkcija

ENTPD3 je sličan nukleotidazama E-tipa (NTPaza). NTPaze, kao što je CD39, posreduju katabolizam vanćelijskih nukleotida. ENTPD3 sadrži četiri apirazno konzervirane regije, što je karakteristično za NTPaze.[6]
