Protein 3 sa razvojnom pluripotencijom je protein koji je kod ljudi kodiran genom DPPA3.[3]

Ovaj gen kodira protein koji kod miševa može funkcionirati kao majčinski faktor u preimplantacijskoj fazi razvoja. Kod njih ovaj gen može imati ulogu u transkripcijskoj represiji, ćelijskoj diobi i održavanju pluripotenosti ćelija. Kod ljudi, srodni bezintronski lokusi nalaze se na hromosomima 14 i X.[3]
