Funkcija

CHRAC1 je protein sa histonskim savijanjem koji stupa u interakciju s drugim proteinima sa histonskim naborima kako bi ih vezao neocisno o sekvenci DNK. Ovi dimerski proteini u obliku histonskih nabora kombiniraju se u većim enzimskim kompleksima za transkripciju, replikaciju i pakiranje DNK.
