Funkcija
Domen regrutacije kaspaze (CARD) je proteinski modul koji se sastoji od šest ili sedam antiparalelnih alfa-heliksa. Učestvuje u signaliziranju apoptoze putem visoko specifične homofilne interakcije protein-protein. CARD induciraju aktivnost jedarnog faktora kapa-B (NF-κB; MIM 164011) preko kompleksa IKK (npr. IKBKB; MIM 603258). CARD9 (MIM 607212), CARD10, CARD11 (MIM 607210) i CARD14 (MIM 607211) komuniciraju sa BCL10 (MIM 603517) i uključeni su u signalne komplekse NF-κB. Osim CARD9, ovi CARD proteini su članovi porodice guanilat-kinaza (MAGUK) povezane s membranom (prema OMIM-u).[7]
Interakcije
Pokazalo se da CARD10 reaguje sa BCL10.[5]
