ASCC2
Podjedinica 2 kompleksa aktivirajućeg signalnog kointegratora 1 jest protein koji je kod ljudi kodiran genom ASCC2 sa hromosoma 22.[5][6][7]
U jednom istraživanju iz 1994., osmišljen je smo metod za zamjenu strukture kapice iRNK sa oligoribonukleotidom (r-oligo) za obilježavanje 5' kraja eukariotske iRNK. Metod se sastoji od uklanjanja poklopca pirofosfatazom nikotinske kiseline (TAP) i ligiranja r-oligoribonukleotida na dekapirane iRNK sa T4 RNK-ligazom. Ova reakcija je napravljena za kap-specifičnu uklanjanjem 5'-fosfata nekapiranih RNK s alkalnom fosfatazom prije TAP tretmana. Za razliku od konvencijskih metoda koji označavaju 5' kraj cDNK, ovaj postupak posebno označava zatvoren kraj iRNK sa sintetskim r-oligoribonukleotida, prije sinteze prvog lanca cDNK. 5' kraj iRNK je vrlo jednostavno identificiran lančanom reakcijom reverzne polimerazne transkripcije (RT-PCR).[8]
