Podjedinica 3 aktinu-srodnog dvotrećinskog proteinskog kompleksa je protein koji je kod ljudi kodiran genom ARPC3.[5][6][7]
Ovaj gen kodira jednu od sedam podjedinica Arp2/3 proteinskog kompleksa. Proteinski kompleks Arp2/3 uključen je u kontrolu polimerizacije aktina i evolucijski je konzerviran. Tačna uloga podjedinice p21 proteina kodiranog ovim genom, tek treba biti utvrđena.[7]
