Funkcija
Ovaj gen je eksprimiran samo u jetri, a kodirani protein je uglavnom lokaliziran u peroksisomima, gdje je uključen u detoksikaciju gliokzilata. Mutacije ovog gena, od kojih neke mijenjaju subćelijsko ciljanje, povezane su sa primarnom tipom I hiperoksalurije.[7]
