Ang Senis ay isang comune (komuna o munisipalidad) sa Lalawigan ng Oristano, rehiyon ng Cerdeña, Italya, na matatagpuan mga 70 kilometro (43 mi) hilaga ng Cagliari, at mga 30 kilometro (19 mi) timog-silangan ng Oristano. Noong Disyembre 31, 2004, mayroon itong populasyon na 546 at may lawak na 16.0 kilometro kuwadrado (6.2 mi kuw).[3]

Ang Senis ay may hangganan sa mga sumusunod na munisipalidad: Assolo, Asuni, Laconi, Nureci, at Villa Sant'Antonio.

Kasaysayan

Noong 1421, ang kastilyo ay binili ni Francesco Carbonell sa ilalim kung saan nanatili ito hanggang 1432, ang taon kung saan ito binili ni Pietro Joffrè (1432-1460) na may titulong unang Baron, na nakuha mula sa hari ang pribilehiyong maihatid ang mana sa kaniyang mga anak na babae, sa kawalan ng mga lalaki.

Ang bayan ay tinubos mula sa Nin Zatrillas, ang huling piyudal na panginoon, noong 1839 sa pagbuwag sa sistemang piyudal.

Mula 1928 hanggang 1950 ang munisipalidad ay isinanib sa Nureci.
