Ang pulo o isla ay isang bahagi ng lupa na higit na maliit sa kontinente at higit na malaki sa bato na napaliligiran ng tubig. Ang maliliit na pulo na hindi napakikinabangan ay tinatawag na islet sa Ingles. Ang mga pangkat ng mga magkakaugnay na pulo ay tinatawag na arkipelago.

Mayroong dalawang pangunahing uri ng mga pulo: ang mga pulong kontinental at pulo sa karagatan. Mayroon ding mga pulong artipisyal.

Pulong kontinental

Ang mga pulong kontinental ay mga pulo na matatagpuan sa continental shelf ng isang kontinente. Isang halimbawa nito ang isla ng Lupanlunti, na nasa kontinente ng Hilagang Amerika.
