Ang Propata (Ligurian: Propâ) ay isang comune (komuna o munisipalidad) sa Kalakhang Lungsod ng Genova, rehiyong ng Liguria, hilagang-kanlurang Italya, na matatagpuan mga 25 kilometro (16 mi) hilagang-silangan ng Genova.
Ang simbahan ng parokya ng St. Lawrence ay naglalaman ng isang kahoy na estatwa ni Anton Maria Maragliano.
Heograpiyang pisikal
Ang teritoryo ng munisipyo ay matatagpuan sa Mataas na Lambak Trebbia, silangan ng Genova, at bahagi ng Rehiyonal na Liwasang Pangkalikasan ng Antola. Kabilang sa mga taluktok ng lugar ay ang Bundok Antola (1597 m), Bundok Tre Croci (1556 m), Bundok Cremado (1513 m), Bundok Propata (1352 m), at Bric Rondanina (1340 m).
Ang Lawa Brugneto ay matatagpuan sa mga munisipal na lugar ng Propata, Torriglia at Rondanina, ang pinakamalaking artipisyal na lawa sa kalakhang pook at sa Liguria.
