Ang Busalla ay isang comune (komuna o munisipalidad) sa Kalakhang Lungsod ng Genova, rehiyon ng Liguria, hilagang-kanlurang Italya, na matatagpuan mga 27 kilometro (17 mi) hilaga ng Genova.

Ang teritoryo nito ay tinatawid ng itaas na lambak ng ilog ng Scrivia. Sa malapit ay ang artipisyal na Lawa ng Busalletta .

Kasaysayan

Ang unang kilalang pagbanggit ng Busalla ay nasa isang dokumento noong 1192. Nang maglaon ay kilala ito na hawak ng pamilya Spinola, na dito nagtayo ng isang kastilyo. Ilang beses itong sinibak sa sumunod na siglo, sa panahon ng mga Digmaan ng mga Guelfo at Gibelino.

Noong ika-16 na siglo ang estruktura, muli sa mga guho, ay ginamit bilang pundasyon ng isang bagong palasyo para sa Spinola. Ang Busalla ay naging bahagi ng Republika ng Genova noong 1728. Noong 1815, kasama ang huli, ito ay nakuha ng Kaharian ng Cerdeña.
