Ang Montevago (Siciliano: Muntivau) ay isang komuna (munisipalidad) sa Malayang Konsorsiyong Komunal ng Agrigento sa Italyanong rehiyon ng Sicilia, na matatagpuan mga 60 kilometro (37 mi) timog-kanluran ng Palermo at mga sa 70 kilometro (43 mi) hilagang-kanluran ng Agrigento.

Ang Montevago ay may hangganan sa mga sumusunod na munisipalidad: Castvettrano, Menfi, Partanna, Salaparuta, at Santa Margherita di Belice.

Ang sentro ay kilala sa pinagmumulan ng sulpurang tubig na nagbunga ng mga Paliguan ng Acqua Pia na nauugnay sa alamat ng Cinzio at Corinthia.[4]
