Ang Martano (Griko: Μαρτάνα, translit. Martána; Salentino: Martanu) ay isang bayan at komuna na 9,573 naninirahan sa lalawigan ng Lecce sa Apulia, Italya, 20 kilometro (12 mi) mula sa Lecce at 18 kilometro (11 mi) mula sa Otranto. Ito ang pinakamalaking bayan ng Grecìa Salentina, isang lugar na nagsasalita ng Griyego kung saan ang ilang mga naninirahan ay nakakapagsalita rin ng isang Griyegong diyalektong tinatawag na Griko.
