Ang Giurdignano ay isang bayan at komuna sa lalawigan ng Lecce sa rehiyon ng Apulia sa timog-silangan ng Italya.

Kasaysayan

Ang pag-iral ng mga tao sa pook ng Giurdignano ay nagsimula pa noong Panahon ng Tanso, na pinatunayan ng pagkakaroon ng maraming menhir at dolmen. Nang maglaon ay nasakop ito ng mga Romano (kabilang sa mga arkeolohikong natuklasan ay isang ika-2 na siglong AD nekropolis).

Nang maglaon ito ay bahagi ng Imperyong Bisantino hanggang sa nasakop ito ng mga Normando noong ika-11 siglo.
