Ang mga lisosoma o biluslawas[1] (Ingles: Lysosome) ay mga organelo ng selula na naglalaman ng asidong mga ensaym na hidrolasa na sumisira sa mga duming materyal at mga gibang pang selula. Ang mga ito ay hindi spesipiko. Ang mga ito ay maaaring ilarawan bilang tiyan ng selula. Ang ilang mga biologo ay nagsasaad na ang parehong mga katungkulan ay ginagampanan ng mga litikong bakuola.[2] samantalang ang iba ay nagmumungkahi ng malakas na ebidensiya na ang lisosoma ay talagang na ilang mga selula ng halaman.[3] Ang lisosoma ay nagsasagawa ng dihestiyon ng mga sobra o gasgas na mga organelo, mga partikulo ng pagkain at pumapalibot sa mga virus at bakterya. Ang mga membranong biolohikal sa palibot ng isang lisosoma ay pumapayag sa mga ensaym na dihestibo na gumawa sa pH na 4.5 na kailangan ng mga ito. Ang mga lisosoma ay sumasanib sa mga bakuola at nagbibigay ng mga ensaym nito sa mga bakuola na nagsasagawa ng dihestiyon sa mga nilalaman nito. Ang mga ito ay nalilikha sa pagdaragdag ng mga ensayn na hidrolitiko sa mga maagang endosoma mula sa aparatong Golgi.
