Si Kimberly Sue Yap Chiu (ipinanganak noong Abril 19, 1990) ay isang Pilipinong Tsino na artista. Siya ang unang nanalong kalahok sa Pinoy Big Brother: Teen Edition[1], isang reality-show na ipinalabas sa Pilipinas. Siya ang tinaguriang Chinese Cutie mula sa Cebu ng palabas. Inawit niya sa palabas pantelebisyong ito ang awiting Peng You na nangangahulugang kaibigan. Ipinanganak si Chiu sa Lungsod ng Tacloban, Leyte, Pilipinas. Lumaki at nagdalaga si Kim Chiu sa Lungsod ng Cebu. Kabilang siya sa mga aktres ng ABS-CBN.[1]
Sa telebisyon
Gumawa rin sina Chiu at Anderson ng isang teleserye, Sana Maulit Muli, ang kanilang pinakauna bilang magkatambal. Sa Sana Maulit Muli, ginampanan ni Kim ang papel na Jasmine Sta. Maria, samantalang bilang Travis Johnson naman si Anderson.
Sa musika
Nagkaroon si Chiu ng unang album sa pag-awit na pinamagatang Gwa Ai Di. Lumabas ito noong kalagitnaan ng 2007 sa ilalim ng pangangasiwa ng Star Records.[1]
