Ang Inosine ay isang nukleyosida na nabubuo kapag ang hypoxanthine ay nakakabit sa isang singsing na ribosa(na kilala rin bilang ribofuranose) sa pamamagitan ng via a β-N9-bigkis na glisodiko.

Ang Inosine ay karaniwang matatagpuan sa mga tRNA at mahalaga sa angkop na pagsasalin ng kodiong henetiko sa mga wobble base pair. Ang kaalaman sa metabolismong inosine ay tumungo sa mga pagsulong sa immunoterapiya sa mga kamakailang dekada.
