Ang Chemical Entities of Biological Interest, kilala rin bilang ChEBI,[1][2] ay isang database at ontolohiya ng molekular na entidad na nakatuon sa 'maliit' na kompuwestong kemikal, na bahagi ng gawa ng Open Biomedical Ontologies.
