Ang Ilog Nilo[3] (Arabo: النيل an-nīl; Ingles: Nile River) ay isang pangunahing ilog sa kontinenteng Aprika. Tinatayang ito ang pinakamahabang ilog sa Daigdig na umaabot sa anim na libo anim na raan at siyamnapu't limang (6,650) kilometro. Nagmula ang salitang "Nilo" ('nIl) mula sa salitang Neilos (Νειλος), isang salitang Griyego na nangangahulugang lambak ng ilog. Mayroong dalawang sangay ang ilog na tinatawag nating Puting Nilo at Asul na Nilo. Ayon sa mga mananaliksik, sa Ilog Nilo kumukuha ng malinis at maaaring inumin na tubig ang sinaunang sibilisasyon ng Ehipto. Umaagos ang ilog papalabas ng Aprika sa Dagat Meditteranean.
