Ang Denice ay isang comune (komuna o munisipalidad) sa Lalawigan ng Alessandria, rehiyon ng Piamonte, hilagang Italya, na matatagpuan mga 70 kilometro (43 mi) timog-silangan ng Turin at mga 40 kilometro (25 mi) timog-kanluran ng Alessandria. Noong Hunyo 30, 2017, mayroon itong populasyon na 175 at may lawak na 7.4 kilometro kuwadrado (2.9 mi kuw).[3]
