Ang Casasco ay isang comune (komuna o munisipalidad) sa Lalawigan ng Alessandria, rehiyon ng Piamonte, hilagang Italya, na matatagpuan mga 110 kilometro (68 mi) silangan ng Turin at mga 30 kilometro (19 mi) timog-silangan ng Alessandria.
