Dama
- Tungkol ito sa isang laro, para sa sistema ng katawan, pumunta sa Sistemang pandama. Para sa tarok ng isipan, tumungo sa pakiramdam. Para naman sa pamagat na pambabae, tunguhan ang Dama (pamagat).
Ang dama ay pangalan ng ilang mga iba't ibang larong tabla (board game). Magkakatulad ang lahat ng mga larong ito. Sa bawat uri ng dama, maaaring kainin (capture) ng isang manlalaro ang piyesa ng kalaban sa pamamagitan ng "pagtalon" ng piyesa niya.
"Checkers" ang katawagan nito sa Amerika. Sa Ingles sa Inglatera at sa iba pang mga bansang nagsasalita ng Ingles, tinatawag itong "draughts."
