Itinatag ang himpilang ito bilang Magic 102.7. Sa ilalim ngcall letters na DXRM, meron itong Top 40 na format. Noong Enero 1, 1999, naging 102.7 Hot FM ito na may pang-masa na format. Noong 2005, nagpalit ang call letters nito sa DXHT. Noong Pebrero 24, 2014, naging Yes FM ito.
