Spagna, nascuda Ivana Spagna lo 16 de decembre de 1954 a Valeggio sul Mincio dins la província de Verona en Itàlia, es una cantaira italiana anglofòna, tanben autora e compositritz.
Se faguèt de'n primièr conéisser en Itàlia tre 1971 per una version italiana del gospel Mamy blues ; de caps 1983 e 1984, a participat (votz) al projècte italo disco Fun Fun, pasmens, es mai que mai coneguda capvath Euròpa tota en solò per dos tubes italo disco cantats en anglés, Easy lady en 1986, e Call me en 1987.[1]
