Pinhan (Pignan en francés) es una comuna lengadociana situada dins lo departament d'Erau e la region d'Occitània, ancianament de Lengadòc-Rosselhon.

Pinhan ven dau gentilici latin Pinius, amb lo sufixe -anum. Pinhan èra una proprietat galloromana[2],[1].
