Ndar (en wolòf), mai coneguda jol nom francés Saint-Louis o mai Saint-Louis du Sénégal, es una vila senegalesa. Anciana capitala de la colonia francesa de Senegal de 1673 a 1902, es actualament la segonda ciutat del país aprèp Dakar. Se situa dins lo nòrd-oèst de l'estat, a ras de l'embocadura del flum Senegal e es la capitala del departament de Sant-Louis e de la region de meteis nom.
Dempuèi l'an 2000, la localitat es inscricha dins la lista del Patrimòni de l'Umanitat establida per l'UNESCO.
