Lo mokilés es una lenga oceaniana parlada als Estats federats de Micronesia.
Localizacion
Lo mokilés es parlat dins l'atòl de Mokil, dins las Illas Carolinas. Es restacada administrativament a l'Estat de Pohnpei es un dels membres dels Estats federats de Micronesia[1]. Vèrs 1990, 400 molikeses demoravan sus l'atòl, mentre que la màger part d'aquesta populacion, 1 200 personas, viviá a Pohnpei[2].
Classificacion
Lo mokilés es una de las lengas ponapeïcas, un grops de lengas restacadas a las lengas micronesianas, un grop de las lengas oceanianas. Aquestas fan partida de la branca malaiopolinesiana de la familha austronesiana[3]. Las autras lengas ponapeïcas son lo pingelapés, lo pohnpeian e lo ngatikés.
