Haruki Murakami (en japonés: 村上 春樹; Kyoto, 12 de genièr de 1949) es un escrivan e traductor japonés. Es un dels autors contemporanèus japoneses mai famoses e sos libres son dins las melhoras vendas mondialas. Sas òbras li an valgut d'obtenir mantuna recompensa literària coma lo Prèmi Franz Kafka, lo Prèmi Internacional Frank O'Connor de Racontes e lo Prèmi Jerusalèm, demest mantun autre. Murakami es estat tanben lo traductor de mantuna òbra de l'anglés al japonés coma per exemple The Long Goodbye de Raymond Chandler o Breakfast at Tiffany's de Truman Capote. Una de sas òbras màgers es 1Q84 que se vendèt a mai d'un milion d'exemplars en un mes. Lo jornal anglés The Guardian faguèt l'elògi de Murakami e diguèt d'el qu'èra "demest los melhors romancièrs contemporanèus del mond".
