Cashobia (en cashob Kaszëbë / Kaszëbskô, en polonés Kaszuby, en alemand Kaschubei / Kaschubien) es un país d'Euròpa, pàtria del pòble cashob e de la lenga cashoba, situat al centre-nòrd de l'estat polonés, près de la mar Baltica.
Las vilas mai importantas son los grands pòrts de Gduńsk (Gdańsk en cashob, Danzig en alemand) e Gdiniô (Gdynia en polonés, Gdingen en alemand). Dins aquelas doas vilas la populacion es pro polonizada e mai se i a encara de personas de cultura cashoba. Dins la rèsta de Cashobia, la cultura cashoba es plan presenta.
