Anguidae

Los Anguidae fòrman una familha de saurians de l'òrdre dels squamates, que compren de reptils desprovesits de patas o amb de patas reduchas a mitat atrofiadas (mas que son pas de sèrps mas bien de lausèrts). Se ne rencontra en America, en Eurasia e a las Caribas segon las espècias.

Aquesta familha es segon las classificacions subdevesida en sosfamilhas :

  • Anguinae (genres Anguis, Ophisaurus, Pseudopus)
  • Diploglossinae (genres Celestus, Diploglossus, Ophiodes)
  • Gerrhonotinae (genres Abronia, Barisia, Coloptychon, Elgaria, Gerrhonotus, Mesaspis)
