L'akuku es una lenga edoïda parlada en Nigèria. Per Blench (2019), l'akuku fa partida d'un continuum dialèctal amb l'idesa[1] e l'okpe[2].
Aquelas lengas fan partida del grop de las lengas edoïdas del nòrd-oèst. Una autra lenga, del grop edoïd del sud-oèst pòrta tamben lo nom d'okpe.
Localisacion
L'akuku es parlat dins la zòna de govèrn local d'Akoko-Edo de l'Estat d'Edo[2].
