YGEX adalah sebuah syarikat rakaman Jepun yang ditubuhkan secara bersama oleh YG Entertainment dan Avex pada 12 April 2011. Nama "YGEX" berasal daripada nama dua syarikat tersebut; 'YG' daripada YG Entertainment dan 'EX' daripada Avex; dan ia mempunyai dua makna iaitu Experience (Pengalaman) dan Exclusive (Eksklusif).[1][2]
