Rubis adalah sebuah syarikat antarabangsa yang berpusat di Perancis khusus dalam penyimpanan, pengedaran dan penjualan petroleum, gas petroleum cecair (LPG), makanan dan produk kimia. Rubis adalah peneraju pasaran di Perancis, Switzerland, Bermuda, Jamaica, Madagascar, Maghribi, Hindia Barat Perancis, Guyana, Senegal, Kepulauan Channel dan Kenya[1].
