Jupiter
Jupiter (juga dieja dalam Latin: Iūpiter atau Iuppiter [ˈjʊppɪtɛr;[1] yup-pi-tér] atau Iovis [ˈjɔwɪs; yo-wis]) merupakan dewa langit dan guruh serta raja segala dewa-dewi menurut mitologi kepercayaan orang Rom purba, malah dia dianggap sebagai mahadewa dalam anutan kepercayaan ini.
Dewa ini merupakan dewa terutama dipuja sepanjang zaman Republik dan Empayar yang berlarutan di tamadun tersebut sehinggalah naiknya kekuasaan Constantine I sebagai raja yang menyebarkan ajaran Kristian di seluruh naungan baginda.
