Joyce Tang Lai Ming (Cina Tradisional: 滕麗名, Cina Ringkas: 滕丽名, lahir Januari 20, 1976 di Hong Kong) ialah seorang pelakon wanita dari Television Broadcasts Limited (TVB). She entered the show business melalui New Talent Singing Awards pada 1995. Beliau lebih dikenali sebagai wanita kuat dalam kalangan penonton disebabkan oleh perwatakannya dalam drama, lebih-lebih lagi peranannya sebagai “Chan Sam Yun” dalam Armed Reaction .
Bekas teman lelaki dia, Marco Ngai adalah seorang pelakon TVB. Mereka jatuh cinta sementara perfileman sebagai pasangan dalam Armed Reaction. Tidaklah mengejutkan, mereka bermain peranan sebagai Maharaja dan Maharani dalam siri 2005 TVB The Prince's Shadow sebagai satu pasangan. Laporan mengatakan bahawa perpisahan mereka disebabkan oleh cinta mereka hilang dan Marco Ngai bertemu teman wanita baru sebaik selepas perpisahan.
