Honam (sebutan bahasa Korea: [ho.nam]; secara harfiah "selatan tasik") adalah rantau yang bertepatan dengan bekas Wilayah Jeolla dalam apa yang kini Korea Selatan.[1] Hari ini, istilah ini merujuk kepada Gwangju, Jeolla Selatan dan Jeolla Utara.[1] Nama "Jeonla-do" digunakan dalam nama kereta api Honam dan Lebuh Raya Honam, yang merupakan koridor pengangkutan utama yang menghubungkan Seoul dan Daejeon ke rantau Honam. Nama ini juga sering digunakan untuk merujuk kepada orang yang tinggal di rantau ini. Terdapat juga Universiti Honam, yang terletak di Gwangju, bandar terbesar di Honam.[2]
