Carl Edwin Wieman (lahir 26 Mac 1951) ialah seorang ahli fizik dan pendidikan Amerika di Universiti Stanford. Pada tahun 1995, semasa di Universiti Colorado Boulder, beliau dan Eric Allin Cornell menghasilkan kepekatan Bose-Einstein yang pertama (BEC) dan, pada tahun 2001, mereka dan Wolfgang Ketterle (untuk kajian BEC selanjutnya) dianugerahkan Hadiah Nobel dalam Fizik.
