Bena (Jawi: بنا; Sebutan bahasa Melayu: [bəˈnɐ]; atau dalam konteks ini juga eagre) ialah satu fenomena pasang surut yang melibatkan pinggir depan pasang surut mendatang membentuk ombak air yang bergerak menghulu sungai atau teluk sempit melawan arah arus sungai atau teluk
