Batu Sapi merupakan sebuah kawasan dalam daerah Sandakan, Sabah. Batu Sapi terletak kira-kira 11 kilometer dari pusat bandar Sandakan. Bandar Ramai-Ramai (salah sebuah bandar satelit di Sandakan), Pantai Pasir Putih, Karamunting, Pelabuhan Sandakan, dan Batu Sapi Heritage Park terletak dalam kawasan Batu Sapi.
