Banha (Arab: بنها; Bahasa Qibti: ⲡⲁⲛⲁϩⲟ) merupakan ibu kota Kegabenoran Qalyubiyya di timur laut Mesir. Antara ibu kota Kaherah dan bandar Tanta, Banha ialah hab pengangkutan yang penting, kerana laluan kereta api dari Kaherah ke pelbagai bandar di Delta Nil melaluinya dan Benha ia adalah sebahagian daripada The Greater Cairo. Benha diasaskan sebagai sebuah bandar pada tahun 1850.
