로버트 노튼 노이스(Robert Norton Noyce, 별명: the Mayor of Silicon Valley, 1927년 12월 12일 ~ 1990년 6월 3일)는 1957년에 페어차일드 반도체를[1], 1968년에 인텔을 공동 설립한 사람이다.[2][3] 그는 (잭 킬비와 더불어) 집적 회로나 마이크로칩을 발명한 것으로 잘 알려져 있다.[4]
