پروتئاز شماره ۳۶ اختصاصی یوبیکویتین (انگلیسی: USP36) یک آنزیم است که در انسان توسط ژن «USP36» بر روی بازوی بلند کروموزوم ۱۷ کُدگذاری می‌شود.^[۵]^[۶]

این ژن عضوی از خانواده پروتئازهای اختصاصی یوبیکویتین را کد می‌کند که یک آنزیم یوبیکویتین‌شکن (DUB) با دومِـین‌های هیستونی و سیستئینی است. این پروتئین در هستک قرار دارد و یوبیکویتین را از نوکلئوفُسمین و فیبریلارین برمی‌دارد.^[۷]
