NPM1
نوکلئوفُسمین (انگلیسی: Nucleophosmin) یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «NPM1» کُدگذاری میشود.[۵][۶]
این مولکول در درون هستک جای دارد و با ریبونوکلئوپروتئین آن در ارتباط است و به اسید نوکلئیکهای تکرشتهای و دورشتهای متصل میشود.
وظایف نوکلئوفُسمین به شرح زیر است:[۷]
- شپرون هیستونها
- ساخت ریبوزوم و انتقال آنها
- پایداری ژنتیکی و ترمیم دیانای
- تقسیم سانتروزوم حین چرخهٔ سلول
- تنظیم مسیر ARF-p53 در سرکوب تومور
- فعالیت ناپایدارسازی مارپیچ آرانای
- مهار کردن آنزیم دیانآیآز فعالشده توسط کاسپاز
- جلوگیری از آپوپتوز در درون هستک
اهمیت بالینی
ژن «NPM1» در برخی انواع سرطانها دچار جهش، جابجایی جایگاه کروموزومی یا افزایش تولید میشود که از آن میان میتوان به لنفوم غیرهاجکین، لوسمی پرومیلوسیتیک حاد، سندرم میلودیسپلاستیک و لوسمی حاد مغز استخوان (AML)[۸] اشاره کرد.[۹]
