CD63
مجموعه تمایزی ۶۳ (به انگلیسی: CD63) یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «CD63» کُدگذاری میشود.[۵]
این پروتئین بیشتر بر روی پوستهٔ درونسلولی ریزدانهها یافت یم شود، اما بر روی سطح یاختهها نیز ممکن است دیده شود.
فقدان این پروتئین ممکن است سبب بروز «سندرم هرمانسکی-پودلاک» شود. فقدان ژن «CD63» با پیشرفت تومورهای سرطانی مرتبط است.
پروتئین CD63 یک نشانگر زیستی خوب برای فعالشدگی بازوفیلها در جریان آلرژیهای مرتبط با پادتن ای است. نام این آزمایش «تست فعالشدگی بازوفیل» (BAT) است.
پروتئین CD63 با مولکولهای CD117[۶] و CD82[۷] تعامل پروتئین-پروتئین دارد.
