CD117
گیرندهٔ فاکتور رشد سلول بنیادی (انگلیسی: Stem cell growth factor receptor) با به اختصار «SCFR» که با نامهای دیگری همچون «پروتو انکوژن سی-کیت»، «تیروزین-پروتئین کیناز کیت» و «CD117» هم شناخته میشود یک پروتئین از اعضای «تیروزین کیناز گیرندهای» (RTKs) است که در انسان توسط ژن «KIT» کُد میشود.[۵]
چندین گونه رونویسی مختلف برای این ژن کشف شدهاست که منجر به ساخت ایزوفرمهای مختلفی میشود.[۶][۷]
این پروتئین یک «گیرنده سیتوکین» است که بر روی سطح سلولهای بنیادی خونساز و برخی سلولهای دیگر قرار دارد. تغییر در این گیرندهها با بروز برخی سرطانها در ارتباط است[۸] که از آن میان میتوان به سمینومای بیضه، ملانوما، تومورهای استرومال دستگاه گوارش و لوسمی حاد مغز استخوان اشاره کرد.
