Voeren (nederlande, proksimuma prononco [VUr'n]) estas municipo en Belgio. Ĝi estas flandra enklavo en Valonio. Komence de januaro 2016 ĝi havis 4099 loĝantojn. La municipo apartenas al la distrikto (aŭ arondismento) Tungro.
Ekde 1977 la komunumoj Moelingen, 's-Gravenvoeren, Sint-Martens-Voeren, Sint-Pieters-Voeren, Teuven kaj Remersdaal apartenas al Voeren, la ĉefa municipo.
