Borgloon (nederlande, proksimuma prononco [BorĥLO:N]) estas municipo en Belgio, unu el la 133 municipoj, kiuj ricevis la honortitolon "urbo". Ĝi ricevis la titolon ĉirkaŭ la jaro 1200. Komence de januaro 2016 ĝi havis 10 579 loĝantojn. La municipo apartenas al la distrikto (aŭ arondismento) Tungro.

Ekde 1977 la municipoj Bommershoven, Broekom, Gors-Opleeuw, Gotem, Groot-Loon, Hendrieken, Hoepertingen, Jesseren, Kerniel, Kuttekoven, Rijkel kaj Voort apartenas al Borgloon, la ĉefa municipo.
