Iván BÓCSA [bOĉa], laŭ hungarlingve kutima nomordo Bócsa Iván estis hungara biologo, pedagogo, membro ordinara de Hungara Scienca Akademio (1995).

Iván Bócsa [1] naskiĝis la 9-an de julio 1926 en Arad (Rumanio). Li mortis la 4-an de majo 2007 en Budapeŝto.

Biografio

Iván Bócsa apartenis al la hungara minoritato en Rumanio. Li frekventis gimnaziojn en Bukareŝto kaj Budapeŝto. Poste li lernis en universitato en Budapeŝto inter 1944-1948, poste li laboris en Kompolt dum 59 jaroj, kie eksperimenta agrarejo funkcias. Li produktis ĉefe diversajn novajn specojn de kanaboj kaj luzernoj. Ekde 1969 li redaktis fakrevuon. Li ricevis diversajn premiojn inter 1973-2004.
